Apply SubCategory 11, SubCategory 111,Subcategory22,SubCateogry222 with Heading 2

Step 2:

References – > Table of Contents ->  Automatic Table

Step 3:   Update Field

Right click on Table of Contents->Select Update Field->Update Entire table
